Ingredients
For the Bolognese
• 500 g lean beef mince (5% fat)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 red bell peppers, chopped
• 5 mushrooms, chopped
• 1 carton (500 g) passata
• 1 can (400 g) chopped tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 beef stock cube
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Fries
• 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
• Low-calorie cooking spray
For the Topping
• 120 g mature cheddar cheese, finely grated (30 g per serving)
