Instructions
• Blend the rolled oats into a fine flour.
• In a microwave-safe mug, combine the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
• Add the Greek yogurt, egg white, and vanilla extract.
• Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
• If using, spoon the chocolate spread into the center of the batter.
• Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, or until the cake is set but still soft.
• Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
• Enjoy warm on its own or with fresh berries and extra yogurt.
