Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing the coleslaw mix with chopped cilantro and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the shrimp are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter over the slaw mix.
  6. Drizzle green salsa over the shrimp and top with diced avocado, if using.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
