Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing the coleslaw mix with chopped cilantro and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the shrimp are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter over the slaw mix.
- Drizzle green salsa over the shrimp and top with diced avocado, if using.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
Chef’s Tips
- For extra crunch, add sliced radishes or bell peppers to the slaw mix.
- Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of chili powder or adding diced jalapeños.
- These shrimp bites can also be served in lettuce wraps for a great low-carb option.
