Instructions
• Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Sear steak pieces for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned (optional for extra flavor).
• Transfer steak to the crock pot.
• Add butter, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
• Pour in the beef broth.
• Stir gently to coat the steak evenly.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.
• Stir before serving and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
• Serve warm with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
