Instructions
• Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
• In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
• In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
• Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
• Lightly oil your hands and roll dough into small balls.
• Place donut holes in the air fryer basket with space between them.
• Spray lightly with oil.
• Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
• Let cool slightly.
• In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
• Dip warm donut holes into the glaze until fully coated.
• Place on a rack and allow glaze to set for a few minutes before serving.
