Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, cook the diced bacon or pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with bacon and garlic. Pour in the egg mixture and stir thoroughly to coat the pasta.
- Transfer the pasta mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
