Instructions

• In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
• Add gluten-free flour, cornmeal, salt, psyllium husk, and olive oil.
• Mix until a soft dough forms.
• Cover and let rise for 1 hour until slightly puffed.

• Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
• Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
• Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and softened.
• Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.
• Simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened.

• Preheat oven or air fryer oven to 220°C (425°F).
• Grease a deep-dish pizza pan with olive oil.
• Press the dough evenly into the pan and up the sides.
• Layer mozzarella cheese over the bottom crust.
• Add cooked sausage or beef evenly over the cheese.
• Spoon tomato sauce generously over the meat.
• Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

• Bake for 35–40 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
• Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
