Instructions
• In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and psyllium husk.
• In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
• Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
• Beat the dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly elastic.
• Lightly oil your hands and divide dough into equal portions.
• Shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.
• Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until puffy.
• Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
• Brush with melted butter after baking for extra softness.
• Serve warm.
