Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (1–1.5 hours).
Step 2: Prepare the Peach Filling
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let cool completely.
Step 3: Roll Out & Fill
- Punch down the dough and roll into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over butter.
- Spoon cooled peach filling evenly over the top.
Step 4: Shape the Rolls
- Roll dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
- Slice into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Step 5: Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6: Make the Glaze
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Adjust milk for a pourable consistency.
Step 7: Glaze & Serve
- Drizzle glaze generously over warm rolls.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
