Instructions

Step 1: Make the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (1–1.5 hours).
Step 2: Prepare the Peach Filling
  1. In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let cool completely.
Step 3: Roll Out & Fill
  1. Punch down the dough and roll into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over butter.
  4. Spoon cooled peach filling evenly over the top.
Step 4: Shape the Rolls
  1. Roll dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
  2. Slice into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Step 5: Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6: Make the Glaze
  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  2. Adjust milk for a pourable consistency.
Step 7: Glaze & Serve
  1. Drizzle glaze generously over warm rolls.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
