- 90ml (6 tbsp) hot water
For the Filling
- 250g (9oz) minced lamb or beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons beef stock or water
