Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the cod pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.

- Serve the cod bites warm with the creamy lemon herb dip on the side.
