Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  4. Add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper to the bowl with the chicken. Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are also coated with the marinade.
  5. Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes before serving.

  • Cut all pieces to a similar size for even cooking.
  • Feel free to substitute other vegetables you have on hand.
