- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper to the bowl with the chicken. Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are also coated with the marinade.
- Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
