Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the sourdough bread into a grid pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Gently separate the bread pieces and drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly into the cuts.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Place the bread onto a piece of parchment paper and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
