Instructions

• Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.
• Microwave for about 60 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
• Add almond flour, egg, powdered sweetener, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
• Mix until a sticky dough forms.
• If dough feels too wet, add 1 Tbsp almond flour.

• Lightly oil your hands.
• Divide dough into 6–8 equal pieces.
• Roll each piece into a rope and pinch the ends together to form donut shapes.
• Place donuts in the air fryer basket without touching.

• Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
• Spray donuts lightly with oil.
• Air fry for 8–10 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown.
• Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

• While donuts are still warm, brush with melted butter.
• In a shallow bowl, mix granulated sweetener and cinnamon.
• Roll each donut in the cinnamon mixture until fully coated.
• Serve immediately while warm.
