Instructions
• In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour and milk until well combined (the dough will be very soft and slightly wet).
• Let the dough rest for 10–20 minutes to improve texture.
• Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
• Lightly flour a work surface.
• Scoop portions of dough using a spoon.
• Gently flatten each portion with your fingers to about 1/4 inch thickness.
• If dough is too sticky, sprinkle a little flour and reshape.
• Carefully transfer dough into the hot oil.
• Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed.
• Remove and drain on paper towels.
• Serve warm with your favorite toppings or sides.
