Instructions
• Rinse the dried beef briefly and pat dry to reduce excess salt.

• Add flour and whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes to form a smooth roux.
• Slowly pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
• Continue stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
• Add the chopped beef and black pepper.
• Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
• Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
• Serve hot over toasted bread
