Chicken & Broccoli Ramen Noodle Stir Fry {gluten free}

Instructions

• In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
• Place ramen noodles in a bowl, cover with hot water, and let sit for 10–15 minutes until softened, then drain.
• Heat a large pan over medium heat and add avocado oil.
• Add broccoli, season lightly, and sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
• In the same pan, cook chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
• Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the sauce into the pan.
• Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
• Add cooked chicken, broccoli, and noodles back to the pan.
• Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
• Add green onions, mix, and serve immediately.
