Step 1: Prepare the Beef Bites
  1. In a bowl, toss beef cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Place beef cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Step 2: Add Garlic Butter
  1. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Toss cooked beef bites in the garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
Step 3: Make the Mashed Potatoes
  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes or until fork tender.
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes.
  3. Add warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Plate the mashed potatoes and top or serve alongside the garlic butter beef bites. Enjoy warm!
