Air Fryer Famous Crab Bombs

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Crab Bombs
  1. In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Old Bay, cracker crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix carefully to avoid breaking up the crab meat too much.
  3. Shape into 4–6 round bombs or mounds.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly spray air fryer basket or line with parchment. Place crab bombs in basket, leaving space between them.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
  4. Remove carefully and serve warm with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
