Step 1: Mix the Crab Bombs
- In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Old Bay, cracker crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix carefully to avoid breaking up the crab meat too much.
- Shape into 4–6 round bombs or mounds.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly spray air fryer basket or line with parchment. Place crab bombs in basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
- Remove carefully and serve warm with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
