Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Haggis
  1. Remove any outer casing from the haggis (if applicable).
  2. Shape into small patties or slices for even cooking.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Lightly brush haggis with oil for a crispy texture (optional).
  3. Place the haggis in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
  • Serve with neeps (mashed turnips) and tatties (mashed potatoes) for a traditional Scottish meal.
  • Add a drizzle of whisky sauce for extra flavor.
