Place the pepperoni slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are spaced slightly apart to avoid overlapping for even crisping. - Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each pepperoni slice. Be mindful not to overload them—just enough to create a cheesy crust without making them soggy. - Air Fry the Crisps:
