- Prepare Croissants:
Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Add a half slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom, followed by a slice of ham and another half slice of cheese. Close the croissant sandwich. - Make the Spread:
In a bowl, mix softened butter, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Spread this mixture on the inside of each croissant. - Brush and Sprinkle:
Whisk the egg white with a splash of water and brush it on top of each croissant. Sprinkle with poppy seeds for added texture and flavor. - Air Fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange croissants in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown, and the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve and Enjoy:
Remove croissants carefully, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
