Air Fryer Hawaiian pineapple cake

Ingredients

For the Cake:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained) in its own juice
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• Coconut for garnish (optional)
