- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak pieces, sprinkle your steak with half of the Cajun seasoning, and cook to your liking, around 4-5 minutes for medium.
- In the same preheated skillet add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside on the plate next to the steak.
- Add the remaining oil to your skillet and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with sea salt and pepper, to your taste.
- Once the veggies are tender-crisp, stir in the steak and shrimp.
- Garnish with your chopped green onions.
