Instructions

  1. Make up jellies as per packet instructions, divide into glasses
  2. Add frozen berries to jelly and set in fridge
  3. Combine 2 x banana and custard Muller light yoghurts with liquid gelatine as per instructions on gelatine packet, then when mixed put this layer on top of the jelly, leave to set
  4. Whip fat free natural yoghurt with options white chocolate sachet until smooth and top trifles
  5. Decorate with more forest fruits
For an extra syn you could add a trifle sponge finger to the jelly
