Ingredients

For the Hummus:

  • 1 400g can of chickpeas, including liquid
  • 1 small bulb of garlic (whole bulb)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika (not smoked)
  • juice of a whole lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini paste
  • water
  • sea salt to taste

For the topping:
