I love hummus, it’s one of my favorite go-to snacks and so easy to make yourself at home.
One of my family’s favorite hummus recipes is this amazing Roasted Sweet Potato Hummus on Slimming Eats and pairs well with these yummy Crispy Cheddar Pita Chips. But when I fancy a variation then this Roasted Garlic Hummus is a great alternative.
Ingredients for Hummus
Hummus usually follows the same typical ingredients with a slight variation in the flavoring you are adding.
So for hummus, it’s usually typically:
Chickpeas
Seasonings
Tahini (yes you can make it without, but it’s for the best-tasting hummus it’s a must). It is usually available at all major grocery stores.
Add ins for flavor – for this variation, it’s garlic and lots of it.
