Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the clusters from sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using).
- Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the almond slivers until evenly coated.
- Using a spoon, scoop out clusters of the chocolate-almond mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the clusters for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and enjoy your delicious treat!
