Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the clusters from sticking.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using).
  3. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the almond slivers until evenly coated.
  5. Using a spoon, scoop out clusters of the chocolate-almond mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate the clusters for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
  8. Once set, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and enjoy your delicious treat!

Chef’s Tips

  • For a sweeter taste, use milk chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the chocolate for additional flavor.
  • Store the clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for fresh-tasting treats.
