- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each potato ball in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated potato balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
