Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or a light coating of oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled mashed potatoes with shredded cheese, egg, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls or puffs and place them on the greased baking sheet.
