Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Place about a tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits seam-side down into the greased muffin tin. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and additional pepperoni slices if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite pizza sauce for dipping!
