Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down into the greased muffin tin. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and additional pepperoni slices if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite pizza sauce for dipping!

Chef’s Tips

  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings such as bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms.
  • For extra flavor, brush the tops of the bites with melted butter before baking.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, and reheat in the oven for crispy bites.
