- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line muffin tins with muffin liners, and fill each cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Place the muffin tins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
