Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it is thin, about ¼ inch thick.
- Using a round cutter, cut out small circles from the dough (around 3 inches in diameter).
- Place the dough circles on a baking sheet or a pizza baking tray.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each dough circle, leaving a little space around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the mini pizzas for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
