Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ground beef, black pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into eight uniform portions, forming cupcake-sized mounds.
  4. Wrap each meat mound with a slice of turkey bacon and place them in a muffin tin.
  5. Air fry the meatloaf cupcakes for about 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  6. While the cupcakes are cooking, heat the prepared mashed potatoes on the stove or in the microwave.
  7. Once the cupcakes are done, allow them to cool for about five minutes before handling.
  8. Using a piping bag or spoon, pipe the creamy mashed potatoes on top of each meatloaf cupcake to create a ‘frosting’ effect.
