Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using) to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each mound.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and fluffy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
