- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well to combine.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the finely chopped nuts until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
