Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush them.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Form bite-sized balls.
  4. For an extra treat, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Dunk each yogurt bite into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Repeat until all bites are coated. If desired, you can sprinkle additional blueberries on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let cool for at least 30 minutes until the bites are firm.
  8. Once set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

Chef’s Tips

  • Feel free to substitute blueberries with other fruits like raspberries or strawberries for variation.
  • Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of honey based on your preference.
  • For a healthier coating, consider using Greek yogurt instead of chocolate.
