Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and cooked shrimp.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
