Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Fold in half of the sliced pepperoni into the mixture and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- Top the mixture with the remaining pepperoni slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
