  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended.

  4. Fold in half of the sliced pepperoni into the mixture and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top the mixture with the remaining pepperoni slices.
