Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about 12×14 inches.
- Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
- Layer the ham and cheese over the mustard, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and poppy seeds.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from one of the longer sides, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the log seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle extra poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley to serve.
