Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic.
- Brush one side of each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice of bread.
- Top each slice with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then place one or two shrimp on each bread slice, depending on size.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
