Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin lightly with olive oil.
  2. Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin, gently shaping them to fit.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon equal portions of the cheese mixture into each wonton wrapper.
  5. Place a shrimp on top of the cheese mixture in each cup.
  6. Brush the tops of the shrimp lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with extra chopped chives before serving.
