- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to form a crumbly dough.
- Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create an even layer.
- In a small saucepan, heat caramel sauce and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the oat layer in the pan.
- Pour caramel mixture over the chocolate chips, spreading evenly.
- Crumble remaining oat mixture over the caramel layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow bars to cool completely before slicing.
