Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each pita bread into six equal pieces, forming small triangles.
- Place the pita triangles on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture onto each pita triangle evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the pita are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
