Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. In a serving dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of diced mangoes.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with a top layer of cream and mangoes.
  6. Garnish with sliced pistachios if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set and allow flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
