Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of water. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk. Stir continuously until warm but not boiling.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch glass dish.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
- Once set, serve chilled and enjoy!
