Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of water. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk. Stir continuously until warm but not boiling.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch glass dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, serve chilled and enjoy!
