- In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. Add lemon juice, season with salt, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
