Instructions
- Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the corn cobs. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
- Slice sausages into bite-size pieces. In a skillet, cook sausages over medium heat until browned.
- Prepare the sauce using the Maggi Devilled Sausage Satchet as per packet instructions, then pour over the browned sausages. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- Serve sausages with sauce over spinach potato mash and with corn on the cob on the side.
Chef’s Tips
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the sausage sauce.
- Make sure to mix the spinach thoroughly into the potatoes for even flavor distribution.
- Fresh corn can be replaced with frozen corn cobs if preferred.
