Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Add butter, milk, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the corn cobs. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
  4. Slice sausages into bite-size pieces. In a skillet, cook sausages over medium heat until browned.
  5. Prepare the sauce using the Maggi Devilled Sausage Satchet as per packet instructions, then pour over the browned sausages. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve sausages with sauce over spinach potato mash and with corn on the cob on the side.

Chef’s Tips

  • For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the sausage sauce.
  • Make sure to mix the spinach thoroughly into the potatoes for even flavor distribution.
  • Fresh corn can be replaced with frozen corn cobs if preferred.
