Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and half of the chopped parsley. Stir until well combined.
  3. Lay the chicken breast slices flat on a cutting board. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cheese and ranch mixture on each slice of chicken.
  5. Carefully roll each chicken slice into a tight roll and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Brush each roll with a small amount of olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
  7. Air fry the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning them halfway for even cooking.
  8. Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve warm.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a couple of hours before assembling.
  • Use toothpicks to ensure the rollups stay tightly closed while cooking.
