For the Panna Cotta
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp gelatin powder
• 3 Tbsp cold water
For the Raspberry Sauce
• 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
• 2–3 Tbsp sugar or honey
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1–2 Tbsp water
